Guide me, Yahweh, our Great Saviour

Guide me Yahweh, our great saviour,
Pilgrim through this fruitless land;
I am weak, but you are mighty,
Hold me with your powerful hand;
Bread of heaven,
Feed me till I need no more.

Open, please, the crystal fountain
Where the healing stream does flow;
Let your fiery, cloudy, pillar
Lead me all my journey through;
Strong deliverer,
Please be still my strength and shield.

When I reach the edge of Jordan,
Tell my anxious fears to go;
You’ll end death, and bring down Satan,
You will guide me through my woe;
Songs of praises,
I will ever give to You!
